I am a published author and the founder of From an Indian Girl, a blogging site where I reform episodes and instants from my life to fictional stories and poems that people can relate to.I feel obliged to work as a content writer for Parampara Academy, learning the aesthetics and getting to work with renowned and learned personalities. Being a student at Parampara Academy, has broadened my imagination and has opened doors to numerous opportunities that have made me explore paths I never knew I could tread on. The intensive and holistic training that I have received at the academy has enabled me to work multifariously, learning to handle numerous things together without compromising on the quality. Parampara Academy has helped me grow as an individual, with respect to a broader perspective, innovative thinking, responsible commitments and creative imagination, which reflects in my writings as an author. Thus, I can surely say that Parampara Academy has a huge role to play in my journey as a dancer, a writer as well as an individual.

Nihira Pillai Student

I was a student of Parampara for five years and I consider myself a lifelong student of Parampara for the values it imbibed in me. 'Hellaro' is the first ever Gujarati movie to have won a National Award in the category of the Best Feature Film for the year 2018. I am one of the thirteen actresses who was given a Special Jury Award for Hellaro. As an actor as well as human being, Parampara has played a huge role in building my physical and mental health. Bijal Tai made sure that along with dance practices, we focus on inculcating moral values in our being. Her sense of aesthetics, stress on discipline and faith in the Almighty have always inspired me. Along with all the other things, I am extremely grateful to Bijal Tai for introducing us to Kalaripayattu and Papan Sir.

From dancing in front of the television and mirrors to commencing the journey to learn Bharatanatyam, I express my deep gratitude and love towards ' Parampara Academy of performing arts' where we all are no less than a family. Bijal tai always encourages us all to explore new things and to believe in ourselves. Dance has always been my stress buster and has greatly helped me in my studies also. Kalaripayattu and physical theatre classes, by Pappan sir, not only helps to bring perfection in Bharatnatyam but also for balance, stamina and physical fitness. It was only because of these holistic learnings that I could do a small part in a couple of Gujarati movies including 'Vash' released this year.
